The Lockett Tract (#03019-03511) is a +/- 300-acre parcel of timberland located in the eastern portion of Nevada County, about 8 miles east of Rosston, AR (North 33.570455°, West 93.149827°). Nearly 200 acres of the more well-drained upland areas were cleared in 2016 and have not been replanted; the remaing 100 acres remain timbered with mostly hardwood within the Cypress Creek bottom.
